To research and develop a tool kit for the dissemination of the HR Best Practices for recruitment, training, retention, recognition and succession planning.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop critical questions in relation to Human Resources for Intervenor Services
  • Develop HR metrics and baselines for Intervenor Services
  • Collecting information from the sector on performance management tools
  • Develop and implement a tool kit for best practices in human resources
  • Develop a behavioural-based interview guide with behavioural competencies for Intervenor Services
  • Facilitate behavioural-based interview training within Intervenor Services
